During periods of high transaction volume or scheduled bank maintenance windows, processing times may be extended.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the Account dashboard. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account name registered on your jkt777 Account — third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Standard withdrawal processing time is under 3 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals and under 10 minutes for bank transfer withdrawals, subject to KYC clearance and anti-fraud review.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by jkt777 are subject to the specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, game contribution rates, and validity periods stated in each individual promotion's terms. These Terms & Conditions apply to all promotions in addition to any promotion-specific terms.
Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonus Funds that remain uncleared at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically without notice.

jkt777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not apply retroactively to bonuses already accepted by a Player at the time of the change, provided that the Player has not yet commenced wagering activity on those bonuses.

Live in-play betting markets are subject to real-time odds fluctuations. jkt777 reserves the right to suspend, close, or void any in-play market at any time in the event of a technical error, data feed disruption, or to prevent exploitation of late -odds acceptance.

Any winnings exceeding the applicable maximum payout limit will be paid up to the limit and the excess will be voided.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jkt777 Platform. Violation of any prohibition set out in this clause will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of Funds pending investigation:
Fraud Investigation: jkt777 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies investigating online gambling fraud, identity theft, money laundering, and related criminal activity. Players engaged in illegal conduct will be reported to the appropriate authorities and jkt777 will assist in any resulting prosecution.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time via Live Chat. Upon closure, any real-money Funds remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and KYC verification. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon Account closure.
Upon termination of an Account, the Player's right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable betting rules. jkt777 reserves the right to withhold Funds pending completion of an investigation into suspected violations of this Agreement.
This Agreement and any disputes arising from or related to your use of the jkt777 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jkt777 holds its operating licence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute, Players agree to first attempt resolution through jkt777's internal complaints procedure by submitting a detailed account of the dispute to our customer support team via Live Chat or email. jkt777 will respond to complaints within five (5) business days and will aim to resolve the matter within fifteen (15) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal procedures, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on both parties.
jkt777 reserves the right to amend, modify, or supplement these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided via email to the address registered on your Account and by prominent notice on the Platform homepage. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
